Article 6 – Delivery

1. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
2. Infinity Glow® ships worldwide.
3. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
4. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays or courier delays.
5. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been used.

• Products that are damaged by the customer.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

1. Return requests must be submitted to info@infinityglow.nl including the order number.
2. Products must be returned unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Infinity Glow® delivered an incorrect or defective product.

Article 9 – Warranty

1. Infinity Glow® provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all electrical devices.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects occurring during normal use.
3. The warranty only applies when the product has been used according to the supplied instructions.
4. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• improper use

• dropping the product

• water or liquid damage

• incorrect voltage

• unauthorized repairs or modifications

• improper cleaning or maintenance

• normal wear and tear

1. Infinity Glow® reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.
2. If the warranty claim is accepted, Infinity Glow® will repair or replace the product at its own discretion.
3. The warranty does not cover consumable parts that naturally wear during normal use unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Article 10 – Complaints

1. If you have a complaint regarding a product or our services, please contact Infinity Glow® as soon as possible by emailing info@infinityglow.nl and include your order number along with a clear description of the issue.
2. Complaints should be submitted within 2 months after the issue has been discovered.
3. Infinity Glow® aims to respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt. If additional time is required to investigate the matter, you will be informed accordingly.
4. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly, efficiently and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. If a complaint relates to a defective product, Infinity Glow® may request photographs, videos or ask that the product be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate solution.
6. Where a complaint is found to be justified, Infinity Glow® will, at its sole discretion and where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Article 11 – Liability

1. Infinity Glow® is only liable for direct damage resulting from an attributable failure, intent or gross negligence on the part of Infinity Glow®.
2. Infinity Glow® is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data or reputational damage.
3. Infinity Glow® is not liable for damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, insufficient maintenance, use contrary to the user manual, use with incompatible accessories or use with an incorrect voltage.
4. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended use and that it is used safely and correctly.
5. Where liability exists, it is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product or, where applicable, the amount paid out by Infinity Glow®’s liability insurer.
6. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

1. Infinity Glow® is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, government measures, natural disasters, fire, flooding, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, shortages of raw materials, power failures, internet failures and failures by suppliers or logistics partners.
3. During a force majeure event, the obligations of Infinity Glow® are suspended for the duration of that event.
4. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected agreement without being entitled to compensation.
5. Any amounts already paid for products that can no longer be delivered will be refunded, unless the customer agrees to a later delivery date or an alternative solution.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

All texts, images, product designs, logos, trademarks and other content displayed on the Infinity Glow® website are the intellectual property of Seductionail B.V. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Article 14 – Privacy

Infinity Glow® processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Article 16 – Product Use

1. All products must be used according to the supplied instructions.
2. Infinity Glow® is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation or use contrary to the user manual.
3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the electrical specifications of the product are compatible with local voltage requirements.

Article 17 – Professional Use

Certain Infinity Glow® products are intended for professional salon use. By purchasing these products, the customer confirms that they understand the safe operation of professional electrical equipment. Infinity Glow® cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper or unsafe use.

Article 20 – Product Safety

Customers should inspect products upon receipt. If a product appears damaged or unsafe to use, it must not be operated and Infinity Glow® should be contacted immediately.

Article 21 – Limitation of Warranty

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
